Under the patronage of His Highness Sayyid Dr. Adham bin Turki Al Said, Mazunah Dry Port wins the Economic Vision Award for the year 2022 in the category of Investment Projects. Mazunah Dry Port is considered the first Dry Port of its kind in the Sultanate and is located in the far southwest of the Sultanate of Oman on the land borders of the Republic of Yemen.

The Free Zones Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 56/2002 AD granted incentives, benefits and facilities to free zones in the Sultanate, including the legislation that regulates the establishment and management of free zones in the Sultanate and considers them as industrial cities that are supervised by Madayn Corporation.

Al Mazunah Dry Port is a successful model for applying and activating the concept of partnership between the public and private sectors and contributes to accommodating the expected future growth of traffic in the free zone in Mazunah in general.The Dry Port in Al Mazunah connects the ports of the Sultanate and the northern ports of the Republic of Yemen through the Mazunah Freezone, and is strategically positioned to facilitate trade through efficient inspections, logistics and cross-docking operations.
