AMLS Warehouses and Distribution Centers are designed with flexibility and scalability in mind, serving multiple customers in a variety of business verticals. The facilities are equipped to handle the complexities of, the throughput of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), the safety mechanisms of Hazmat/Chemicals and the Cold Chain Management controls for F&B that require special storage conditions and handling expertise.

Storage Types:

Selective Pallet Racked Ambient Zones

Over 40,000 Pallet Positions with a positive air tunnel that is networked across the ambient facility monitors and controls the ambient conditions to ensure ambient temperature does not exceed 35 Degree Celsius.

Bulk Storage Ambient Zones

15,000 SQM in various zones for oversized goods, including cantilever and wide- aisle racking.

Temperature Controlled, Chilled and Frozen Zones

Over 20,000 Pallet Positions with multiple chambers are designed at optimum sizes with independent switchboards to facilitate specific temperature settings for each chamber ranging from of -25 ℃ to +25 ℃.

Bonded Zones

Our Customs-Approved Bonded Zones offer customers the ability to benefit from suspension of taxes and duties during the storage period. Our WMS applications work in conjunction with Customs platforms to ensure that stock holding is accurate and taxes/duties correctly paid on issuing / outbound of items only, with customized reports from audit and controls.
